Review

A. This is my favorite album of ALL TIMES. Without a doubt. i dont know why but whenever i put in this cd i enjoy every second of every song. I have gone weeks only listening to this cd before no lie. One thing that i like most about this cd is how its not just normall bass beats and whatnot. it uses drums and horns and piano and many really chill things that make the music that much better. Also Andre 3000 uses a special form of rapping where he will basically tell stories and thats really cool.

B.Born in may of 75 in Atlanta Georgia. Rarely drinks or smokes and loves women. He also loves creativity and conciders himself a very creative man. Loves all types of music and thats why he makes all types. He really likes his style of dressing and women. Used to slang crack and really loves women alot!

C.This is my favorite outkast cd by far. There are many different types of Outkast music there is mainstream underground and hardcore rap. I really like this style which i would put under underground because not that many people can apreciate it like i feel i can. Andre has gone very mainstream and it hurts me to watch him do that to himself. He says he doesnt mind it that much just because he likes music but i feel he should stay to making music like this so i can hear knew songs once and a while.

D. There are absolutley no downfalls to this album its so amazing and i have every last bit memorized. One specific thing about the songs that i like is there mellow pace and how there are horns and drums and whatnot as the beat.

E. GET THIS CD.... NOW!!!! its so amazing.

Review

A.LAX by The Game is a wonderfull cd. Released in July of 2008 The Game came out with his 7th hood cd. The reasons that i love this cd would have to be because of the amazing abss lines and great use of poetical flow. He really raps about things that i can relate too so i also like that.

B.The Games real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, he was born in Compton in November of 79. He stands erect at 6 foot 3 inches and weighing in at 200 pounds. There is no way in hell i would mess with this guy!! From the get go he was born into Hustling and gang-banging. He says he would watch his parents getting ready for drive bye. I hate it when my parents do that! He was really good at basketball and actually had a scholorship to college for it. And now today he is really really rich of white people who buy his cd's!

C. Compared to his past cd's i think that this is honestly his best one. I have never really been all that into the game and never really listended to any of his music. But when i bought this cd it was like a slap in the face because it was so amazing.

D. The only song that i dont really like on the cd would be nothing. I listend to it and loved everything there is really nothing bad i can say about this cd. Songs such as My Life and Angel are just amazing. they have sick flows and artists that i really like. such as Lil Wayne and Talib Kwali.

E.Bottom line this cd is awesome. If you like rap you need to go out and get money and waste it on this cd because its nasty. Well worth the money and time to listen to it.

Into The Wild

1. What has been your initial impression of this book? How are you responding to the events, characters, plot, writing style? Explain.
My initial impression of the book(the first two chapeters) was that it would not be very good, but for some reason i kept on reading. Now my mind has been completely changed and i think that it is an aweosme book. First off i would say that it has always been a dream of mine to just run away from everything and try and live life on the land in some place either exotic or alaska. So i really enjoy reading this book because every page i turn it sounds more and more like my dream. I really like the writing style of the book, it is fun to read a story from a perspective that you dont really find that much.
2. What is one word you would use to describe Chris, in your opinion? Explain why you hold this opinion.
One word that i would use to decribe chris would be ballsy. Its one thing to dream about running away from everything and living on the land but to actually do it is very ballsy. He burned his car, burned all his money, told no one where he was going, and traveled by foot for years. If i have the ballsy defenition correct, then thats the ballsyest thing ive ever heard of.
3. Identify any themes that you see emerging in the book. What is the author seeming to suggest about the human experience? About the need for individuality, independence, social conformity?
I could only really think of one theme that i see emerging in into the wild, and the best way i can put it is to say individuality. Not the kind of individual who dressed different then other people or has different views, im talking about breaking off from society individuality. He truely wants to just leave. Leave with no trace and see how he does. Amazing.
4. Make one text-to-text connection between something or someone in this book and another movie, book, TV show. Explain this.
What Into The Wild reminds me of is Prison Break. He is trapped in a society that he no longers wants to be a part off. And all he wants to do is escape.
5. Make one text-to-self connection between yourself and an event, idea, or character in this book. Explain.
Well as i have already said before i have always had the dream to just leave town and go live on the land and not be connected to politics, friends, family, money, and all of that and just see how nice it is to generally have no stress.
6. Make one text-to-world connection between this book and and a story or situation from the larger society we live in. Explain this.
I think an obvious text-to-world connection would just be what Chris preaches about to everyone he meets. He shows people how to live and love the life that they have. He seemingly has strong opinions about pretty much everything and really has his head on straight. You may think that he is just a kid beings a dumbass but no i think he knows what he is doing. One thing in specific that i remember Chris says is when he talks about people taking advantage of life and saying that god is in everything and is all around us people just need to open there eyes and see it. and i think that this is very true.

In The Future

1. This economy is in terrible shape. the next four years will be interesting because i really want to see what obama will do about it. i didnt really pay that much attention the the presidential election so i dont know that much about what Obama has to offer but i do know that having bush out of office will be really interesting to watch.
2. Hopefully by the time that i am 40 the economy will be in a good position. global warming will have been stopped, and the economy is flawless. i dont know what i cant predict but i hope that i can look up when i think about the future. I hope everything is better but that there are still things improving. I want a bright future and i think that starts today.

20 Minutes With Obama

what i would first bring up with Obama would be the American Auot Industry. I strongly believe that we should spend time and money researching new forms of automotion like electric, bio deisel, or even hydrogen. The Americans invented the car and i think we need to be on top of the market again. Also, I dont really know much about the stock market but, i would ask obama about why its so bad and how we could improve it because my dad has been mad about that lately.

Recently i have been noticing some pet peeves of mine that are really random and wierd but for some reason i am angered by them. On pet peeve that i have recently noticed is when say you are at chipotle or any fast food resturant and you are going to fill up your fountain drink and there is another person wanting to fill theres up at the same time. So you go first and notice that this person is waiting for you to be finished with you filling your drink so you have to hurry on filling your drink because you think if they are waiting then they must want to fill up the same pop as you. But no. You hurry up and fill your drink then watch them go and see them fill up with a totally different type of pop. what is the point of this? why cant you just go. And i could list more but class is almost up and i would just get angry anyways

Over MEA weekend i am going down to Montana to visit colleges and some friends. My buddy Dinner Roll lives down at Missoula cause he goes to college there im gunna see him and he is gunna show me around the college and whatnot and i think i might be staying with him for one night as well wich is gunna be nasty cause i wanna go to college at missoula because its just looks like a dope school. i really dont know what else to say.........So i found out that techno is the tightest music ever the other day when i got the daft punk alive cd its so nasty. Im drinking a red bull right now and i think i like monster better. WElllllllll thats all i got

I think that this author is trying to say that love is worth every consequence that you have to face and no matter what he would have to suffer through he would always choose love. This author uses metaphors to make you get a really good image of what he is trying to explain. saying things such as like punishment to love.

Topic of my CHOICE~#!!!

Once upon a time not long ago. When people wore pajamas and lived life slow. The laws were stern and justice stood. And people were behaving like they were all too good. there lived a little boy who was mislead, by another little boy and this is what he said. "me and you tom we gon' make sum cash... robbin old folks and makin a dash." they did the job. money came with ease. but one couldnt stop its like they had a disease. they robbed another and another and a sister and a brother and jimmy robbed a man who was a DT undercover. the cop grabbed his arm and started acting eratic and said "keep still boy no need for static" punched him in the kidney and started to laugh but little did he know the little boy was strapped. the kid pulled out a gun and said WHY'D YOU HIT ME??? the barrell was headed straight for the cops kidney the cop got scared and the kiddy starts to figure ill do years if i pull this trigger so he.... cold dashed and ran around the block cop radios in to another lady cop. ran by a tree there he saw the sister. shot for the head he shot back but he missed her.

Discovery

so this i smy first blog and i really dont know what to write about. We have officially started the grizzly comitee during 3rd hour wich is pretty sweet and we plan on making shirts and whatnot so thats cool. Also yesterday i got all this knew gear for tailgatting at edina games which pretty sweet. So i work at braemar golf course and i am working today from 4 to close which is kinda gay but what can you do. I actually kindof like my work because i dont do anything at it and im really tired ofjust babbling on so i think im gunna end this blog and even though this is probably not the best thing that you have ever read dont even worry there is much better to come.
